Nanofluid Flow on a Shrinking Cylinder with Al2O3 Nanoparticles

This study investigates the nanofluid flow towards a shrinking cylinder consisting of Al2O3 nanoparticles. Here, is subjected to prescribed surface heat flux. The similarity variables are employed gain equations. These equations solved via bvp4c solver. From findings, unique solution found for strength ???1. Meanwhile, dual solutions observed when ?c<?<?1. Furthermore, friction factor Rex1/2Cf and transfer rate Rex?1/2Nux increase with rise nanoparticles ? curvature parameter ?. Quantitatively, rates up 3.87% increases from 0 0.04, 6.69% ? 0.05 0.2. Besides, profiles temperature ?(?) velocity f’(?) on first incline larger ?, but their second decline. Moreover, it noticed that streamlines separated into two regions. Finally, stable over time.
